Every client receives a fully personalized program based on their body, experience, goals, and equipment. You'll have access to our app, where you'll receive structured progression and tracking, as well as 24/7 messaging. In-Person Rates: In-person sessions are held in Ridgefield, WA, serving clients in Vancouver and Portland. All sessions are one-on-one unless a buddy is added. Single Session: $45 Bring a Buddy: +$15 Monthly (3x/Week + Nutrition): $350 Monthly (5x/Week + Nutrition): $500 Online Coaching: Add a family member for 50% off to your online coaching! Sayfert is extremely technical and knows what he's doing, he works you up slowly to help you restructure your body and fix any issues you may have while simultaneously helping you work towards your goals. Im training for an ironman and sayfert has help me focus on my weak points which I have injured and has made me realize how I've gone about it the wrong way. He's bullet proofing my body so I can be iron man ready and do it without injuring myself. Really awesome guy, 10/10

GarageGainz has been amazing in helping me reach my goals! Whether in person or remote, I always feel supported, and my workouts and nutrition are completely personalized. Sayfert really knows his stuff, he even caught my knee injury without me mentioning it! Now we’re working on rehab while still making progress towards my goals. The app he has makes tracking everything super easy, and the workout videos on the app are a huge help since I’m not super gym-savvy!
