We had a tankless water heater from my work sale sitting in our garage.. Our old hot water tank went out. We had several bids but everyone just wanted to charge us for a new tank and install and if not they gave us the same cost! NW was willing to do only what we wanted. They installed a proper size gas line to support the tank, gave us a spare tank while we waited for permitting inspection to be done and then installed the tank. We now have hot water all the time with 4 teenagers in the House! The rep was always kind and on top of communications.
