If you are looking for a truly professional small business website that brings in new customers, this is the firm for you. They handle everything for you too, so no futzing about with lots of tools and sites after yours is launched. These guys are more pricey than others, but really deliver personal service and support. I've always said that you get what you pay for and it's certainly more true with web design. There are cheap websites and there are sites that grow your business. One seems cheap until it sits there for years without ever even being seen by a customer.

Our pricing is simple and affordable and can be found on the "Pricing" page of our VS Marketing website. We also offer a 10% U.S. military veteran's discount on any plan. It's important to know that we also deliver jam-packed web bundles designed to focus solely on setting your business up with the most vital core foundations needed to get seen in Google. We point this out because 99% of web developers you might hire will build you a site that looks good, but will ignore the "hidden" behind-the-scenes setup and configuration needed to get your site indexed well by Google. This includes Technical SEO, Content SEO, mobile responsiveness, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Core Web Vitals, and much more. They do this for two main reasons: 1) Small business owners have no idea whether these things are set up or not and 2) It takes time, skill, effort, and money to set these things up for you, so they maximize profits by simply leaving them out. Thus you're stuck with a site that won't ever perform and are left scratching your head as to why your pretty site isn't working. Our plans bundle it all into monthly monitoring, optimization, and improvements starting at $99/month and going up to $299/mo for e-commerce and ads plans. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work very closely with our customers from start to finish. We typically start with a web call "exploration" session to get a sense of the total project, then we develop a full, formal statement of work so that everyone can clearly see the target and agree on it. From there, we lay out everything that we'll deliver and when, to include what's on us and what's on the customer. We also stay in very close contact through the entire process, showing progress at very regular intervals.
