- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The longer a job will take the better the hourly rate. For instance if I'm there for a 2-hour job it's going to be 65 an hour. If I'm there for 3 days it goes down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and regular banter. LOL.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school, continued ed with electric, hand's on with doing HVAC for a living. EPA card.
