- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in the effectiveness of working with your astrology. That's why the focus of my consulting is on 4 month coaching packages that include multiple sessions and access to me for questions outside of the formal sessions, as well as access to content that would not be feasible to provide in single-session readings. You can pay up-front or pay in installments. For those in financial difficulty, I do provide less expensive, case-study options that are shorter and cheaper. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free 30-min online consultation to allow me to ascertain how best to work with each client. From there we can determine what focus option is best for you. Once you sign up for a package, we'll break things down into focused and manageable goals that are more concrete and applicable than esoteric. I have a lengthy background as a writer and teacher, so I do my best to make sure you don't have to take additional astrology courses just to understand the things we discuss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been reading charts for the better part of a decade, but before that I taught writing and literature for over 10 years. I am highly skilled at helping people with little or no knowledge of complex systems understand not only the basics of those systems but also how those ideas apply to their own lives.
