- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rates for bankruptcy, debt negotiations criminal and traffic ticket defense. For family law, we implement an hourly rate and set a retainer based on our client's financial abilities. We always work with our clients, offer payment plans and sliding scale fees on certain cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work around our client's needs. Some folks prefer to do as much as possible by email and phone, and some prefer to discuss their cases in person.
