Paul, Kevin, John and team are courteous and professional from estimate to project conclusion including protection of the home from drop cloths to plastic sheathing to cardboard protection. Project was 2nd story full master bath remodel except vanities but including 3 doorways reframing and pocket door removals, window removals, framing over opening where 2 were located and move of 3rd one, new shower pan and tile surround and free standing tub and faucet including feature tile wall / shelf ledge behind it, new toilet, tile floor and wainscot with Schlueters. They handled all job aspects including plumbing move for both shower and tub, electrical including new fan for 2nd bath added on, demolition, rough and finish carpentry and tile work.
Paul was always responsive to my questions as the project progressed and provided insight to our design along the way. I'm sure he may have tired of my clarification requests as enough knowledge to recognize quality install on job vs. shortcuts, none which were taken.
Any major remodel has bumps along the way but any that occurred were quickly addressed by the team. Project done per estimate with minor change orders done at our request. We had most design materias already on hand, as contractor prior to finding this team unable to perform due to injury. Fortunately Paul, Kevin and team available on short turn around from estimate to job start. Thanks Best Home Improvements for making what can be a harrowing experience a stress free event all along the way. Pat & Donna

Paul & Kevin from Best Home Improvements did an outstanding job on each of a whole laundry list and wide variety of repair jobs at my home. These were repairs that had become necessary after accumulating over several years. Paul did a very comprehensive and thorough assessment of the condition for each problem item and then a couple days later gave me a detailed and accurate cost quote. Best of all the cost per repair item was very reasonable and competitive. Paul was accommodating to the timeframe I needed to have the repairs done within. The repairs were completed in a very professional and timely manner with great attention to detail. Paul kept me apprised of each major phase of the repairs patiently explaining to me what was done as well as providing very helpful diagnostics and recommendations for any potential issues that surfaced during the repairs. All repairs fully met and even exceeded the quality and specifications in the contract. One good example was Paul going out of his way to track down the closest possible paint to match house paint from many years ago since I no longer had touch up paint. There were a wide variety of repairs needed but Paul & Kevin did an exceptional job on each one. Needless to say I'm very happy with the wonderful job they did, the careful attention to detail with everything done at a cost that was very affordable. With this very positive experience it's most definitely my plan to use Best Home Improvements for all my future handyman/contractor home repair & renovation projects.

Paul, Lee, John and Kevin make a great team in performing both timely and precision quality workmanship. Design help from Angela also made selecting of design materials and colors a snap. I did a lot of work in preselecting my contractor and am very happy that Best Home Improvements was my final choice. Now that the Bathroom is completed I'm contemplating an upgrade of my Kitchen and BHI will most certainly be at the top of my list of contractors for doing the work. Great job everyone. She's happy and when she is happy I'm happy too.

John Kintop and his team at Best Home Improvements provided a shower replacement from tile to cultured marble that matched very well with the existing tile in the master bathroom. Actually, he sent me pictures of a previous project which showed the exact configuration of my shower along side a garden tub. John and his brother Kevin were very professional during the entire project. Their conscientious attention to detail and keeping the inside of the house clean was much appreciated. Everyday they came to work on the house they laid down a protective cloth in the pathway they were using from the front door to the master bathroom upstairs. I am very impressed with their workmanship. John's background as a mechanical engineer and the work ethic of he and Kevin put me at ease. I found John and Kevin to be contractors you can trust and depend on. My wife and I are very impressed with the shower install and vinyl flooring in the master bathroom and toilet closet. Best Home Improvements come very highly recommended from us, they are experts in bathroom repair.
