Santiago and his crew were great at tackling my outdoor yard fence repair and mulching project. Have a fair estimate and tackles the task to the best of my expectations. Cleaned up and left everything in good shape. Did the job as expected and were quick and efficient with the work. Highly recommend them again for the future.

Santiago replaced a simple 12x24 30 year old (and rotting) ground level deck with beautiful cedar decking on the front of a rambler (rental) home I own. He added 2 sitting benches and two sets of stairs and clear-coated the finished product. He was on time and finished project in the timeframe he quoted and responsive during the project. The quality was great - he easily captured my idea of the new design I made a rough sketch of. I will hire him again to refinish the yard fencing and siding on the house. He does quality work and communicates throughout the project and has a great work ethic. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

Santiago and his crew at Boom Painting was excellent. I hired them for a demolition job (removing an old moldy shed) and they did an excellent job. Took only about 3.5 hours, two contractors and was very affordable. Santiago was very professional, polite, efficient, thorough and quick to respond. I would definitely work with him again.
