- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our clients flat fee pricing, so there is never a concern about costs being higher than expected. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. We also offer short term payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a free telephone consultation. We will answer your questions and give you an idea about what to expect as well as potential scenarios. When you are ready to move forward, the client/attorney agreement can be E-Signed. We also offer in person consultations at our Seattle and Tacoma offices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a prosecutor originally. As a prosecutor, I felt as if I was hurting people who were already in a difficult position. I switched sides to defending clients because helping people is my true passion.
