- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a very loyal base of clients and don't need to discount my services. That being said, I do offer a convenience package of ten sessions and the 11th one is on me! Please ask me about that when you book your next session. I also offer reloadable gift cards which make awesome surprises for anyone in your life (even if it's YOU! ;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most efficient way to schedule an appointment with me is to start with YOUR best day/time/session length and I will come as close as I can to that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Too many years, classes and training sessions to list here. Just know I love my work and it shows!
