I'm Mike, owner of Building Happiness Remodeling, a family owned design and build company here in Seattle. We’re not just contractors, we’re a family that treats your home like our own. Building Happiness recently completed our kitchen renovation and we love the final result. Benjamin was responsive and kept us updated throughout the project. We opened up the kitchen, installed new cabinets and countertops, updated the flooring, and added new lighting. I initially contacted BH Home Remodeling to replace my countertops and I met with Mike one of their project managers after meeting for about 2 1/2 hours we decided to do the whole kitchen with them because of the great pricing they have for cabinetry the process was smooth The Crews was very professional and polite communication was excellent. I was getting daily pictures and videos. Throughout the project. And the thing I like the most, it was very fast! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 10% vets discount ( I’m a vet myself) And 5% for seniors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we offer a free estimate and consultation to see if we’re a good match. If we feel comfortable working together, we go over the scope of work, align expectations, write everything down, work on the design, open a dedicated communication group, and kick things off with demolition. On average, once the agreement is signed, we can start within seven days.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started at 14 cleaning job sites in my dad’s projects
