Moe came out first thing on a Saturday to help us drain the water that flooded our basement, and diagnose the issue. He was able to water jet the issue (roots in the sewer pipe), and recommended several things to help us avoid this issue in the future. He even called me (I was not there at the time) to discuss directly with me after he’d already talked to my husband in person, just so we were both on the same page. He helped us in a very stressful time.
