- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them with a consultation to really feel out their needs so I can tailor my fee to their budget and exactly what it is they need. So I can be extremely specific on what it is they TRULY need instead of wasting anyone's time on services they don't necessarily need at the moment. It is also very important to me to have a good working relationship with my past, current, and future clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from HSU in business and also my training comes from the real world experience of owning my own eccomerce site for 6 years. After teaching myself social media marketing I also put myself through a social media management school. It taught me how to "polish" the skills I already had and has given me endless tools to do the best at what I do! I also have a background in photography as I went to school for that in college as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I ran an Etsy shop of my own for 6 years. I was very successful but I had to teach myself commercial photography and social media marketing / SEO in order to bring my products not only to the top of search engines like Google. I also at the same time had to do the graphic design as well as photography so my products were enticing! I decided I wanted to bring my skills to other business owners. My passion in life is helping others. So this is very satisfying work for me. I have gotten multiple ecommerce businesses a lot of sales but have also gotten real world (brick and mortar stores with a physical address) to the top of google for the most used search terms in their industry using my SEO and algorithm knowledge.
