My husband and I have had our pool for 41 years. Although we have mostly taken care of the maintenance ourselves, we have had a few occasions when weve needed professional help. We have never had anyone out that I would feel comfortable recommendingthat is until now.A few weeks ago, I mistakenly used some chemical to treat an algae problem. Unfortunately, it left a dark stain around the perimeter of our pool. After making a few calls, I ended up with one no show, one didnt bother calling back and a third guy did come out, left me with some chemical to treat the problem along with a hefty bill. I wouldnt have minded the bill if the chemical had worked it didnt!!Elon (ASA Pools & Spas), was my last call and I was feeling a bit desperate. He came out, was on time, very professional as well as very personable. After one more visit, to test the stain, and a few text exchanges, it was decided an acid wash was necessary.I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My pool is beautiful again!! All this occurred over 9 days!!!Elons service was exceptional and his pricing fair. I appreciate all the great information he gave me and he definitely has my highest recommendation!
