FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first session is complimentary. This is so we make sure it's a good fit. You get to see how I work and I get to see how you move, so I know how best to help. I'm offering 30% off new clients at my Redmond location, until August 2019. So regular $80/hour sessions are $56.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to assess movement, and see what's out of balance (weak, strong, tight, stable, unstable, etc), and then try to correct that with myofascial release, stretching and then movement. I specialize in mobility and stability, and help teach people how to free up their stuck or inflamed tissues, through self-massage and stretching. I focus on core strength, integrated with bigger moves (because they're fun) and stabilizing moves (because they're important), and add in cardiovascular intervals for working that system as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
