Hourly rates apply to certain jobs while certain set costs, as in square ft. apply to others. Fixed prices apply to jobs such as cabinet and door installations. Cash discounts can apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what their plans are and going over their needs as well as budget. I always tell customers on certain jobs before a quote can be given in person inspection of the job site may be required. This helps them get a more accurate quote and advice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of experience in my field and continued education.
