Juan's partner was a great contact, as she is able to help with details. Juan speaks fair english, and he is very patient when discussing things. I put together a list, and texted a copy to them so that there would be a clear understanding of what I needed done.
Juan did more than what I expected, and turned an overgrown front yard into a well groomed, very tidy and presentable area. The time frame he needed to complete it in was short, and he finished ahead of schedule.
I am now considering hiring him for next year so that I can focus my time and energy on other things. He works quickly, and tirelessly, with energy that surprised me. He got lots done in a very short time.
I did check the business license with the state and found they are bonded, and have active insurance. I think you should always check anyone out that you are trusting your home to. They have no complaints I could find. I am so impressed that I feel compelled to help their business by sharing my experience. I usually don't do that.
I think your hiring this business, and getting Juan in your yard will be a liberating experience. I am so happy to have this burden off my l plate. I am very pleased with them.
