- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's based on the complexity of the project. Basic estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer typically emails or calls to discuss a project. If the project is in line with our skills and abilities we'll set up a time to visit the site and meet to discuss the project in person. For small projects a couple meeting are typically needed to kick off a project. Larger projects may include architects, structural engineers, city/county permitting prior to breaking ground.
