I'm not your basic bootcamp drill sergeant screaming in your face. I desire quality, NOT quantity from my clients and I care about how safely and efficiently you move. You won't find another trainer who cares as much for their clients, takes the time and effort to actually help them, and loves their job more than I do. I love literally everything about my job. It's amazing helping people and seeing them improve over time, I love seeing people rise to and overcome challenges, and I truly enjoy the lifestyle that I get to promote every day.

Matt is a great trainer for older adults. It's amazing what he can get us to do. I didn't know I could lift that much weight! Flexible and will train at the gym or home. Highly recommend him.

My wife and I have been with Matt for the past 4 months and have been pleased with our results. He's a great trainer, easy to get along with, very flexible with our schedule and most importantly has a kick ass mustache. When I first started with him, I had a nagging shoulder issue that Matt was able to work out by strengthening that particular part of my shoulder. He's done a great job formulating a workout tailored to the areas that I was looking to improve. As an added plus, he helped shape our nutrition to help us shed the extra pounds we were already losing from our workouts. If you are looking for boot camp instructor or overzealous crossfit leader to bark at you for an hour, Matt's not for you. If you are looking for a knowledgable, personable trainer that will push you and not break you, then Matt's your guy. That being said, we highly recommend his services.

I had worked with a trainer for 2 years, but when I changed to Matt, my body finally changed for the good. Additionally, he's a good soul. It's not a chore to work out 3 days a week. Great experience

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have logged countless hours in seminars, taking supplementary certification courses, and researching methods to better serve my clients and make me a better trainer. I love learning and my desire to educate myself helps me to be the best I can for myself and my clients.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I focus largely on mobility and strength, mostly because people generally don't think of these two aspects as going together. My clients are everyone from desk workers to athletes to senior citizens and being both flexible AND strong can benefit anyone. I do lots of stretching and range of motion work as well as anything from bodyweight exercises to heavy barbell work.
