Introduction: I've been catering several local businesses for their picnics or business functions. I also worked with kids at risk, teaching 10-year-olds and up in cooking.
Since I no longer have my catering business, I cook in my own health-department-approved kitchen and usually deliver. I have quite the spice and herb collection.
I am only experienced in American cuisine and not familiar with other nationalities.

I must state here: I do not bake. I only know how to make key lime pies and pecan pies.
I am presently a member of the 40 Et 8 club where I cook for up to 125 people and teach emergency survival.
