They installed three new sprinklers to our Rain Bird system. They also reseeded our lawn. Very fast and honest. Very reasonable price.

Sunland did a great job communicating, planning, and executing the retaining block project. Their work quality and speed was excellent. Will definitely hire them again for a future outdoor project. Thank you Sunland!

The tree removal went super smoothly. Juan & his men did exactly what we agreed on, the price was fair, and they cleaned everything up really well afterward. I’m definitely keeping their number for future work.

Details: Home • Cut down trees and remove stumps • 1 tree • 21 - 40 feet

5 stars for quality of work - Juan and his team worked hard and did a great job. I had to knock one star off because they didn't arrive equipped for the job we had discussed (a big part of the job was moving a ton of mulch but they didn't bring appropriate shovels, wheelbarrow, etc.), and also because Juan asked for more money at the end of the job even though we stayed exactly within the scope we had previously agreed on. I would hire them again because I was very pleased with the quality of the work, but I would be sure to be specific about all aspects and put things down in writing.

Details: Residential • Create a new garden on bare dirt • Very large (more than 10,000 sq ft) • Yes, I will provide plants • I don't need a sprinkler or drip system installed • No, this is a one-time project • No additional services needed
