5 stars for quality of work - Juan and his team worked hard and did a great job. I had to knock one star off because they didn't arrive equipped for the job we had discussed (a big part of the job was moving a ton of mulch but they didn't bring appropriate shovels, wheelbarrow, etc.), and also because Juan asked for more money at the end of the job even though we stayed exactly within the scope we had previously agreed on. I would hire them again because I was very pleased with the quality of the work, but I would be sure to be specific about all aspects and put things down in writing.
