Robert came out to look at our roof, previously a roof company did a repair that caused damage to our ceiling, we were at our wits end and Robert shows up and was more knowledgeable than the other people, he was willing to explain the process and when he did the repair, he took off the old shingles and did a thorough repair and installed a new vent.
Robert cares, he checked back after a rainy day, he wanted to make sure that his repair was the fix to this problem., we definitely will have Robert for future repair or building needs, we recommend Robert.

Robert did triage on the front of my house's defective T-1-11 siding. He is a visionary, a perfectionist and he found issues my builder should have done right & he fixed it! I can't wait to find $$ to have him do the rest of my house! He also did triage on my Mom's cedar siding/roof/deck/stairs and lightening. My entire family was so impressed with his work! He'll do more next spring 2025. He's the best... I searched for years to find someone who would do WHAT I WANTED, and he heard my woes and I AM THRILLED I waited and found him! He gave me new eyes to see my house and other homes architecturally: Lines, patterns etc...(even tho I'm an artist) ...an added bonus. He has decades of experience commercially, knows code... I enjoyed learning so much from him... it's a whole other world. It was fun too!

sincere appreciation for the outstanding carpentry work done by Robert Phillips of Lake Limerick. This man is a true home guru with over 25 years of experience, and it shows!
From the moment he arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Robert assessed the situation with my aging front patio and immediately understood the scope of the project. What impressed me most was his ability to tackle the job the very same day! He restructured a critical support beam that's a major load-bearing element for my home – talk about astronomical!
But that wasn't all. Robert then expertly replaced my old cedar patio with beautiful, durable Trex decking. And to top it off, he demolished and rebuilt a fantastic new fence to protect my vegetable garden from those pesky critters.
Robert's workmanship is impeccable, his attention to detail is second to none, and his professionalism is truly commendable. He's a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work, and it's evident in every aspect of the project.
