Depending on job, I have set rates for small projects. Or I also have day rates. My minimum charge is $125.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects, get project details. Will customer supply material? I give a verbal estimate to seek approval. Then set date & time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first started as a handyman/maintenance man for the owner of rental properties and mobile home parks.
