- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love doing walkthroughs before I start. It gives me a good idea of what your expectations are and what I’ll tackle on first. I also love talking to people! Getting to know my clients and building rapport is my favorite thing about my job
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different ones! In Hawaii, we would work with owners of condos that would rent out to vacationers. We’d also meet and greet the families and ensure they have what they need. We also work with clients of all ages. We love our dog and cat friends too 😊
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get at least 3 bids! Ask all the questions. Don’t go for the cheapest bid. Read reviews. And make sure you clarify exactly what you’re expecting from the clean 😊 a
