- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our employees are uniformed, background checked & drug tested. They are hard working adults with families to support, and we pay them a living wage. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured. We believe that we offer the best value for your money and price our services accordingly. We don't typically give discounts, if you're shopping for the lowest price we are probably not a good fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduction to our company through some form of advertising. 2. They either call us or go directly to our website and get an instant estimate. 3. They schedule an appointment either through our website or over the phone. 4 We confirm the appointment and take the customer's payment information to hold their spot on the calendar. 5. We arrive at the appointment and introduce ourselves, confirm the estimate at which time we go over our processes & procedures. 6. We complete the job, and do a final inspection with the customer. 7. The payment is run on the customer's credit card. 8. We follow up after the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are well educated in the use of all industry related tools & techniques. All of our technicians go through numerous hands on training throughout the year involving the use of equipment, tools, techniques, general safety, job site safety, vehicle safety, OSHA standards, customer service, etc. Our employees are also OSHA & IWCA certified.
