We would definitely use Mr. Fixer again if the need arises. Our technician was thorough and quickly identified the problem and together we decided the best course of action to take. The communication was excellent with the scheduler, in that they kept us informed as to when our Technician would be arriving.

Missed 1st appointment window due to an emergency. It sounded like they had an urgent call - completely understandable given the line of work. If it were me having the emergency I'd really appreciate them bumping me to the front of the list.

We rescheduled for the following day and the service was excellent. The technician let me know when they were on their way, was very knowledgeable about appliances, and gave me tips on what to check before calling them back out if there were problems in the future. Overall the work was excellent and a good value. Hope I never have problems again, but if I do, I'll be contacting this company first.
