- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My wedding and larger cakes start at $3.25/serving, thats for a basic cake with a mousse filling and butercream frosting. Cupcakes start at $18.50/doz for a the basic which is cupcake with buttercream and sprinkles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either email or phone call. Depending on the order type, I like meeting with the customer and go over what all they are wanting so I know exactly it is what they want and can give them that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dont have much training or education in cake making, but I do have a lot of EXPERIENCE and I think that goes a lot further than anything that is taught at school or in a class.
