- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mexico City Taco Bar Buffet with one specialty item or Mexican Favorite starts at $24.99. Includes Handmade Corn Tortillas, Flour Tortillas, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, & Taco fixings. Substitutions can be made and may require an additional fee. Additional items are available and may require an additional fee. Delivery fee, labor, rental, cleaning fee, and gratuities may be applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set a time that fits with both parties schedules to have a quick connection call in order to establish the clients preferences and expectations in order to quote them more accurately. If interested and necessary, I also like to set up a tasting or a meet and greet in order to build that relationship and get a more rounded idea of what services we have to offer as well as the menu options and quality of product.

I have been in the Food & Beverage industry for over 15 years and have 5 years of catering experience.
