- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate and based on home size, layout, condition, and how often you want service. We don’t price hourly, because we’d rather focus on doing a thorough reset than watching the clock. Recurring cleanings are usually more cost-effective than one-time cleanings, and any add-ons or special requests are always discussed upfront, so everything stays clear and predictable. If you tell us a few basics about the home, we can usually share a clear price range quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather a few details about your home and what you want help with, then we send a flat-rate quote and get you scheduled. On cleaning day we confirm priorities, complete the reset, and follow up afterward to make sure you’re happy and to discuss ongoing options if you want them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our “training” is real-world, hands-on experience. We’ve cleaned a lot of homes, learned what works, and built a simple system and checklist to keep results consistent every time.
