FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and customized to each client’s needs. Every home and every project is different, so I base my rates on the size of the space, the level of clutter, and the type of organizing system you want. Before any work begins, I provide a transparent estimate so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises, no hidden fees. I do offer discounts, which you’ll see on my profile, and I occasionally run seasonal or project‑based promotions for returning clients. If you’re working with a tight budget, I’m always happy to create a plan that fits your goals while staying within your comfort zone. My goal is to make professional organizing accessible, supportive, and worth every dollar — because the peace of mind you gain should feel like a long‑term investment in your home and your wellbeing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background blends professional training with hands‑on experience in organizing, client care, and creating functional systems that truly support daily life. I’ve completed formal coursework in patient care, confidentiality, and home‑based support, which has strengthened my ability to work respectfully and compassionately inside people’s homes — especially during stressful or vulnerable transitions. Beyond that, I’ve spent years developing practical skills in decluttering, space planning, workflow design, and home management through both personal experience and professional organizing work. I continuously study organizing methods, productivity systems, and home‑care best practices so I can bring fresh, effective strategies to every project. Most importantly, I’ve worked with real families, real homes, and real challenges — and that hands‑on experience is what allows me to create systems that are not only beautiful, but easy to maintain and tailored to each client’s lifestyle
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a natural talent for creating order out of chaos. Long before Organized Chaos became a business, I was the person friends and family called when their spaces felt overwhelming or they needed systems that actually worked for real life. Over time, I realized how much I loved helping people feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of their homes. As I continued working in caregiving and home‑support roles, I saw firsthand how powerful an organized environment can be — especially for families juggling busy schedules, life transitions, or simply too much clutter. That experience inspired me to turn my passion into a profession. Organized Chaos grew from that combination of skill, compassion, and a genuine desire to make people’s homes feel like a place they can breathe again. It’s work I love, and it’s work that feels meaningful every single day.
