Posted a job Sunday afternoon and by 9am Monday morning my issue was resolved. Roger was communicative, responsive, and transparent. He was able to provide a quote using photos and a few texts. Michael performed the actual work and he was outstanding. Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in helping integrate my new flooring with the toilet. It’s a little scary choosing a tradesman off of a few reviews- Roger and Michael deserve your trust and business. I’ll contact them for any future plumbing needs. They have earned my repeat business!

Roger helps us to replace our electric water heater and booster pump. He is always responsive and patiently answers all the questions I have. He surely knows what he is doing and helps us to figure out the best set up for our heat pump, booster pump and pressure tank setup even though it means he would need to come to pick up extra parts and come over another day to finish the job without asking for extra charge (with already very competitive bid in the first place)! Roger will be my go-to plumber going forward and I highly recommend him for any plumbing job!

Roger was great. He came on time and did an amazing job. His price was fair and he did the job efficiently. We had other plumbers tell us they need to open up dry wall etc, but Roger found better ways. Even when he did his quote he went above and beyond to figure out where the leak was. Highly recommend Roger.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Roger. When we had a water heater leak, he was the only one who came promptly to fix it, ensuring we didn't have to deal with replacing the bucket every few hours.
