Roger helps us to replace our electric water heater and booster pump. He is always responsive and patiently answers all the questions I have. He surely knows what he is doing and helps us to figure out the best set up for our heat pump, booster pump and pressure tank setup even though it means he would need to come to pick up extra parts and come over another day to finish the job without asking for extra charge (with already very competitive bid in the first place)! Roger will be my go-to plumber going forward and I highly recommend him for any plumbing job!

Details: Yes, the location has an existing heater • Electric tank • A.O. Smith • Garage • House

Great company to work with and hire. Small project moving plumbing around, adding water lines, moving waste lines. Definitely will be hiring again. Estimate for price was fair and honest.

Details: One or more entire rooms • Hook-up appliance or fixture • Install pipe to one or more rooms • Other pipe installation • Municipal water (most common) • House

We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Roger. When we had a water heater leak, he was the only one who came promptly to fix it, ensuring we didn't have to deal with replacing the bucket every few hours. It's evident that he truly cares about his customers, and that's a huge plus for us. Additionally, Roger flawlessly installed a tankless water heater, making sure that the installation met code requirements. We were impressed by how clean our room was after the installation was completed. Working with Roger has been a delight. He consistently arrives on time, and his communication is always clear. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.
