I was referred to this company by switch electric and come to find out that Aaron used to work there. When I first called Aaron seemed eager to help me. It took some time but eventually he came out to get the generator. When he saw the size of the generator he said he had worked on it at switch electric and forgot how big it was and had no way to get it back to his shop.He then looked it over and said that he thought he could fix it on site and had some parts back in his shop and would be back to fix it. Again quite some time past and then after numerous phone calls and text messages that were never returned, I left him a voicemail telling him that if he thought the job was too much for him he could at least give me the common courtesy and exercise the Golden Rule and return my calls.I never did get a call back or a return on my text message. Definitely would not recommend him.
