- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to be fair and transparent. Most one-time services start at $199–$249, but we also offer a discounted monthly subscription plan that covers common pests like ants, spiders, rodents, and wasps year-round. Our Healthy Home Plan starts at just $49/month with no hidden fees, and we occasionally run promotions to waive the initial fee for returning customers or referrals. We’ll always explain pricing clearly upfront — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would give them a remote quote and hope to book them with one of our top notch technicians! After that we go directly into service mode to take care of your pest issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed through the Washington State Department of Agriculture. We stay up-to-date with continuing education on pest biology, integrated pest management (IPM), and safety standards for homes and businesses. Beyond certifications, we invest heavily in on-the-job training and field mentoring so every tech is confident, thorough, and kind.
