I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Snohomish Pest Control. We had a persistent issue with rodents, which had suddenly gotten worse. Jimmy came out and did a thorough inspection to determine how the rodents were getting into the house. He sealed up the hole and we literally haven't seen a mouse in our house since then. He came out for two follow-up visits and provided outstanding customer service.

These guys are A+ across the board. We had a pretty nasty situation with a rat or rats at our shop, and both Jordan and Boo provided top of the line customer service. We were communicated with and explained why their approach would be the solution to our problem. Thankfully we were able to catch 2 of them using their methods. It seems the problem is resolved, but they are still ensuring that we don't have any other unwanted visitors. They were minimally invasive, kind, and overall very professional. I would highly recommend Snohomish Pest Control for dealing with these types of issues.

A critter got into the crawl space, and I was worried about what I was going to experience as I'd never had the problem before. From scheduling with Taylor to the owner, Jimmy, coming out to do a full inspection and start with remedies immediately - the experience has been fantastic and a relief to say the least. We aim to be fair and transparent. Most one-time services start at $199–$249, but we also offer a discounted monthly subscription plan that covers common pests like ants, spiders, rodents, and wasps year-round. Our Healthy Home Plan starts at just $49/month with no hidden fees, and we occasionally run promotions to waive the initial fee for returning customers or referrals. We’ll always explain pricing clearly upfront — no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would give them a remote quote and hope to book them with one of our top notch technicians! After that we go directly into service mode to take care of your pest issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed through the Washington State Department of Agriculture. We stay up-to-date with continuing education on pest biology, integrated pest management (IPM), and safety standards for homes and businesses. Beyond certifications, we invest heavily in on-the-job training and field mentoring so every tech is confident, thorough, and kind.
