We are not a Franchise Company. Therefore we dont work for the Insurance companies like the Franchise companies tend to do. We also do the project from start to finish including repairs to sheetrock, painting, floorcoverings etc.. The Franchise companies only handle the water damage cleanup and then you are on your own. We represent the homeowner with any insurance claims to make sure the homeowner gets the most of the claim and the home is restored to a "pre loss condition" with less stress to the homeowner Every job is different and requires me to think outside the box. As well every customer is different and has their own emotions to deal with. This makes my job very challenging and rewarding to help people in their time of need.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in construction since high school and in 2007 the economy went downhill. I thought i would give this a try since water damage can occur anytime during any economy. I got my certifications from the IICRC and have continued achieving more certifications since then.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A homeowner called with sewage in the crawlspace. It was an average job but very nasty. The homeowner had a small child, was laid off and was very worried about the insurance company and any out of pocket expenses this might incur. I met with the adjuster, took some photos of the loss and explained everything to the adjuster. The field adjuster agreed to cover the loss for the price we had negotiated. I got the job, cleaned everything up and the homeowner was very happy with everything.
