- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run our pricing through a contracting software called Xactimate that gives a market rate for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, if they call the office, we will get their information, set up a date for an on-site assessment, take photos and sketches, and then send over an bid for the job. Generally if the job is small enough, we will give an estimate while on site. If the job is accepted, we will schedule a date to start services and complete it to the homeowners satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with the multiple years of experience our employees have, we have accreditation from the IICRC which certifies the standard operating procedures for a damage restoration job (fire, water, and mold).
