Michael and Jade were great! I actually scheduled my move the day before, explained the amount of large furniture I had, and that it should only take two hours. They accommodated my request for an after rush hour evening move. The day of, they were communicative regarding ETA to the house, did a quick walk through to assess easiest routes to load each item, and happily took my requests to load a few things last as I wanted them unloaded first at the new place. I wanted to be done asap, so I had everything staged and ready to go, and they were ok with me helping load some things as well...they did a great job of working together, and around me! I have a very large, VERY heavy dresser that is a real beast to move - needs to be turned up on it's side to get around a tight concrete corner and get out of the building. They moved it quickly and pretty well. It did get a couple nicks in the end, which I fully expected (if I were REALLY attached to the thing, I would have bubble wrapped it first, or let them know and I'm sure they would done so for me). They helped me set up my couch and center the rug underneath and were done with everything after 2 hours on the dot! Couldn't be happier with their quick, professional service.
