Laurie is a great trainer. She takes the time to listen and makes sure to meet all of your needs. She also knows how to work with injuries. I really enjoy my sessions with Laurie-she keeps me fit and healthy!

Laurie is a God sent for me! I am so glad I found her and appreciate every moment she takes to make me a healthier happier person! She makes you feel so comfortable and works at your own pace and level. She has more to offer in her basement gym than most gyms out there! I just fee so lucky to have found her on this site 😊😊
