- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rental costs include: -Delivery -Setup -Attendant(s) for the event -Balloons for inside the bubble dome, and custom-made photo strip templates I will work with you to create for the photo booth -Disassembly -Removal -Photo booth photos will also be sent digitally to customer within 24 hours of event
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very short, casual, and efficient process. I will work with the customer to find whatever best fits their needs and do whatever it takes to get the job done. With photo booth rentals, I will work with the customer over the course of a few weeks to ensure that the photo templates we create are up to their standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of customer service experience as well as over a decade of professional development and visual art creation to assist with the client-facing aspects of this. At home I have my own little one that has definitely trained my patience; And I have several side businesses that keep me on my toes.
