My husband and I needed a new hot water heater installed as our old one was inefficient. Gary came to Idaho just to give us a hand. He also found and fixed a potentially deadly problem with our ventilation system. He had the work done in a very short time and we have been enjoying hot showers ever since. I woke up in the morning with no hot water and after a quick investigation I found out my 12 year old water heater was leaking. I called Gary and within 1 ½ hours he was at my house with a brand new water heater. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and did a great job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. I would highly recommend Go Long Pluming and will certainly use them again for any of my future plumbing needs, very very happy :)

We had a hot water main leak in the ceiling of our garage and a master bath pipe leaking. Gary was quick to get back to us, scheduled us very quickly and did an outstanding job getting the pipes fixed and the leaks repaired! We even had him put in an instant hot water fixture in our kitchen! I highly recommend Go Long Plumbing for any plumbing job. What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually hired to do the plumbing in remodel or new construction in residential homes. A lot of other times it could be a hot water tank replacement, an upgrade of an existing kitchen or bathroom. Sometimes it is just something the homeowner is having trouble with that they just cant figure out, like an unknown leak, warped bathroom floor, or a clunk when they shut off the water in their bathroom.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Probably get references. I used to get a lot of calls from people that said some other plumbers wouldn't call back or show up when they said they would. I wont do any big project that I myself would pay for without getting trusted references from friends. Word of mouth is king.
