- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always looking to offer our customers the best possible quality and value. Due to the differences in soil types, roots, rocks and depth of grind as well as your intended use of the area, We bid by the job. Our prices are based off of our experience and knowledge of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look to gather as much information upfront about the job as we can, We offer bidding in person, over the phone or by text. It is important that we show up prepared for your job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job experience is very important. We have logged hundreds of hours with our machines and know them well. Safety of all involved is top priority!
