- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is calculated off of multiple criteria’s. If removing debris, hows the access? If taking tree down, how many obstacles are in the way? If stump grinding, how’s the access? Can we fit big grinder or do we need small grinder (32” wide)?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we start with a phone call to go over some of the job details. We can sometimes give estimates over the phone but most typically a site visit is needed due to the many variables involved in tree work. If site visit is needed we would come up with specific job scope. Once scope of work is defined we would write up a detailed estimate and send it to the customer electronically. After the customer looks over the estimate and decides to move forward with us , we would then schedule in a start date. Once work is complete and customer is satisfied, we then send bill via email. Pay is excepted in cash, check or PayPal.

3rd generation in the tree business. Associates degree in applied science. Dot required Commercial Drivers license
