- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually hired to do the plumbing in remodel or new construction in residential homes. A lot of other times it could be a hot water tank replacement, an upgrade of an existing kitchen or bathroom. Sometimes it is just something the homeowner is having trouble with that they just cant figure out, like an unknown leak, warped bathroom floor, or a clunk when they shut off the water in their bathroom.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Probably get references. I used to get a lot of calls from people that said some other plumbers wouldn't call back or show up when they said they would. I wont do any big project that I myself would pay for without getting trusted references from friends. Word of mouth is king.
