This was the second time I hired TradeworksNW. Great job again! Zac and Ellie fixed my leaky kitchen sink and the water heater. Replaced the corroded fittings and secured the new bladder to a more secure pipe. Zac also sealed the air exhaust. Workmanship was excellent!! They had all the tools and supplies needed to repair the water heater and sink on first visit.

Work was great. New fixtures work well and hopefully will last a long time. Repairs are costly so it was tough but the prices seemed fine for the work done. Could be better about communication but in the end project got done quickly and I am grateful.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer that calls TradeWorksNW, will have a licensed technician at their home or business to help provide answers and solutions for the project at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through a 3 year hands on training before taking their trade license test. Every 2 yrs the technicians have to complete 16 hours of continuing education courses. TradeWorksNW technicians go over in house training classes one day per week.
