The service from the All Seasons Waterproofing and Drainage team has been incredible. The company installed a drainage system in my basement in April 2024. We had been having issues with water intrusion in our basement during the rainy season since we bought the house. ASW installed a gravity drainage system in our basement last Spring, and now that we're nearing the end of the rainy season this year, the system does appear to be working as intended (there were a couple times during this season we saw it carrying water out of the basement, including the time we had all that snow melt combined with rain, that in the past likely would have resulted in damp carpeting or worse).There are a couple things I should call out as exemplary. When Melvin came over to assess the situation and provide an estimate, he did suggest some things I should test to ensure the issues we were seeing wasn't solely due to issues with gutter drainage. In addition to ruling that out as the sole issue, this testing did result in me being able to uncover some other issue that I was able to resolve myself. This is well beyond what I experience with anyone any other company sent out.I also found they were very responsive in cases I had concerns or questions, and called back and discussed things in a timely fashion.In short, in my experience, I found them to be an honest company that genuinely attempts to fix the issue, and in our case it appears they did.

Melvin came out to assess a leak and was so thorough and professional. Discovered the problem thru investigation (condensation pipe from furnace probably broken within cement foundation wall) said that they don't do that kind of work but I have another resource for this and I'm so glad I wasn't sold an expensive "solution " that I didn't need. Amazing !
