They were punctual for both visits (estimate and install), took the time to walk through options and expectations, and handled the install efficiently. Admittedly- I made this process complicated with my needs but Erik was able to handle everything I threw at him!
Erik helped me pick out the right doors, kept me in the loop with updates from when doors were being delivered, how to pick out customizations and kept me updated on schedules.
The crew that showed up was friendly, professional and also had great communication! Throughout the install day I was looped in when decisions needed to be made and they explained all my options.
I don’t know anything about doorinstallation or any level of construction. I felt like they still treated me with respect and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was being done.
After the job was done they cleaned up everything! I didn’t even need to sweep! They also were pet lovers and played with my dogs before they left.
I have a lot of upgrades planned for my new house and will definitely be hiring them again along the way!
