Brent prepared a postcard for me. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. He had a very short timetable and met every deadline. He was great to work with and was available whenever I needed to discuss the project. I would highly recommend him for other jobs.

Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to learn as much about your business as I can. If you have an office space, I'd like to meet there so that I can get a sense of the company's culture. I also have a short questionnaire that helps me to build an internal creative brief. The more I can learn about you and your business, the better the results on your project(s)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! In this industry, you have to stay on top of current and future technologies. I check out various webinars and go to as many seminars as I can. Most recently, I took a refresher course on different printing techniques and how those techniques react to different types of paper. Later this year, I'll be going to a presentation regarding color and how the human eye sees it. I am constantly trying to learn more about my craft and how I can do a better job for my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
No. Projects vary, so my estimates are prepared on a per project basis.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't base your decisions purely on budget. Sometimes, the less expensive route becomes too much hassle.
