What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like the student to meet me before we begin lessons. It is very important the teacher/student have respect for one another and enjoy learning together. The initial lesson is at "no charge".
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lessons can be weekly or bi-weekly. I travel as a professional musician, so there will be weeks that I am unavailable to teach. I try to coordinate my traveling with the public school system holiday schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Degree in Music Education and Post-grad Diploma in Music Performance. I have been teaching piano for many years - both classical and pop.
