- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1% Listing Fee - FULL Service. Plus 3% Commission to buyers agent. So, total of 4% commissions paid by seller, saving you 2% from the traditional model. This is NOT a discount brokerage - 100% FULL Service. You get 100% top notch marketing, signage, professional photos, open houses and weekly updates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really whatever works for the client. I prefer to meet face to face but some clients prefer to work via email or phone. I will listen to your goals and your needs and we take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS with a major in Finance from The University of Connecticut. I am a licensed Broker in the state of Washington for the past 10+ years. I stay current on all of the latest trends regarding marketing which is critical to making your home stand above the competition.
